Neal gives us an insight into the image '' The technical details of the image are It was shot using a Nikon D810 with a 50mm lens. A setting of ISO250 with an exposure time of 1/10 at f/9. The image was shot using a tripod with natural daylight from the right hand side and a flat white reflector out of shot on the left hand side of the image.

What the image shows is Scandi-toast, A crostini made from toasted sourdough bread topped with salted butter, thinly sliced cucumber coins, flaked smoked trout and garnished with some chives and dill.''
