De-Bulking

DxO provide a good shot to illustrate the de-bulking feature. As with our rose window, it would be better to employ camera craft in the first place but, working with what is available...

The correction is performed with a single click of the mouse (in this case the Horizontal only) but you may choose 'Diagonal' also as well as adjusting an intensity slider. Either way, the process is once again trivially simple and effective.

Overall

For the range of tasks the software performs it is difficult to imagine how it could be made simpler and it is certainly very effective. Everything could be carried out by skilled Photoshop work but at nothing like the same speed.

For the busy architectural photographer (without a cherry picker) it could be invaluable; a cherry picker costs about £250 per day around here and the program costs £59!see www.dxo.com
